Design and research power management system of Motorola mobile phone, protection circuit of battery, battery charger and etc.Create design validation and product validation plans and execute test plan. Base on requirements of customer to prepare design specification. Create and control all technical documents.Perform design analysis such as chi hair straighteners, and worst case analysis. Analyze and verify all item listed in product specification by design validation, hair straighteners, chi dazzle, ESD, EMI and etc.Create test spec for factory to control the Lacoste Polo Shirts test data.Comply with Six Sigma principle in design. Meet the requirement of IEEE, RoHS, indexed US and Europe standard specification in product design and production.

Design power system for L6 cell phone with the flat iron shop for us controller circuit, develop and design kinds of battery products including product platform, such as SC/BK/BD series battery, with analog circuit and integrated circuit, design kinds of battery charger with analog and MCU controller circuit. All projects comply with product design process and project management process. Design for six-sigma standard and design for manufacture.Take reliability validation, analytical and problem solving skills, design for manufacturing.Select IC chips and consult with IC suppliers for all IC characteristics and mass production schedule. Arrange components evaluation and qualification.Set up BOM structure in system for product production build and transfer.In design phase, work with sourcing & production engineering, support quality control for problem investigations, support production team in maintenance of line, including trouble shooting, root cause analysis & fix of issues found in production.As safety member, take charge of coverage test to verify function test on line. Review the build aids, FMEA, DV and other safety checklist. Review and check the design rules and others for schematic and PCB layout.
